I have been holding this one for a bit longer than normal, as I recorded it back in June but thought it would be a great time to fire it up right now as H2 begins for most sellers.

Summertime is a perfect time to take a look around your organization and create  cross-functional collaboration.    As an individual contributor or sales leader you should reach out to different segments of your business to find expertise to achieve common goals.

I have found that you can make these groups around a specific topic, project, or common challenge each department may be facing. 

When you solve issues together internally and as "one" , the next time you need help advancing your next deal forward, you can rely on those individuals you worked with to support your efforts to win more efficiently.
